Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all contractual relationships between the provider and customers. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Service Description

TerminManager.ch is a web-based booking system for appointment management. The service includes:

• Web-based booking platform
• Calendar synchronization (Google, Outlook, Zoho)
• Multi-user management
• Reminder function (email, SMS)
• Analytics and reporting
• API access (from Multi-User plan)

The exact scope of services depends on the selected plan.

3. User Account and Responsibility

The customer is obliged to keep their access data secret and to change it immediately if misuse is suspected. The customer is responsible for all activities carried out with their account.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT
• Billing is monthly and in advance
• Payment deadline: 14 days from invoice date
• In case of payment delay, we reserve the right to block access

5. Trial Period

New customers can test the service free of charge for 14 days. All features of the selected plan are available during the trial period. After expiration, automatic conversion to paid use unless previously canceled.

6. Termination

The contract can be terminated by both parties with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. Termination must be in writing (email is sufficient). In case of termination during the trial, no costs apply.

7. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited as follows:

• We do not guarantee 100% availability of the service
• We are not liable for data loss that could have been avoided by regular backups
• For slight negligence, liability only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations

Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to TerminManager.ch, including software, design, and content, remain with Instant Media by Röllin. The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use for the duration of the contract.

9. Changes to GTC

We reserve the right to change these GTC with 30 days' notice. Changes will be communicated to the customer via email. If the customer does not object within 30 days, the new GTC are considered accepted.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Instant Media by Röllin, to the extent permitted by law.
